| What
to bring & expect:
This Women's self defense class is moderately vigorous. You will
learn easy techniques to stop an attacker, even if you are of small
stature. We will work in pairs and small groups, so that you can
better understand pressure points, balance, etc. 3 martial arts
instructors (2 male, 1 female) will be provided and several of our
regular students will be available as practice partners.
Please bring/wear comfortable workout
clothes and shoes. You will be able to change at
the facility. Also bring a water
bottle or other sports drink and a protein bar.
Bring a positive attitude. The more open you are to new ideas the
more you will learn.
